I’ve been seeing twits about Nintendo 3DS lately and decided to know what’s feature this console will give us gamers. Actually, due to some other engagement I totally forgot the Electronic Entertainment Expo or E3 which happened last June 15-17, 2010. On that game event, Nintendo presented more details on the Nintendo 3DS console. I watched the Nintendo E3 Presentation Video earlier and it looks like Nintendo is doing another 3D gaming system, and the next generation of the Nintendo Wii that has 3D support. As a Nintendo Wii user I immediately felt excited about this development. Just imagine you will be watching or playing games with real 3D effects without the need for any special glasses unlike 3D on cinema which they are distributing that special glasses. But of course this will be perfect if 3D television technology adoption is already high.
Nintendo 3DS will succeed the Nintendo DS series of handhelds with backward compatibility and some neat 3D and camera features. Game Control includes Touch screen, embedded microphone, A/B/X/Y face buttons, + Control Pad, L/R buttons, Start and Select buttons, “Slide Pad” that allows 360-degree analog input, one inner camera, two outer cameras, motion sensor and a gyro sensor.
So there just some information on Nintendo future consoles.
