Modify PSP GO

I was looking for something yesterday in a commercial center near our place and unexpectedly saw a sign with label WE MODIFY PSP GO / PSP .   I never thought PSP GO can be modified now or maybe I wasn’t interested in modifying my PSP GO and never made any searching for the same topic online.  Since I got my psp go last april of  2010 I never purchased any paid game although I remember I inquired at Databliz for PSN Credits but never pursued to get one.

After seeing that sign I checked the version of my PSP Go and found out its ver.6.37 which is the latest as of posting. Then  I made couple of searches and came to know that programs or tools  in modifying PSP Go can only support up to version 6.35. Getting that information would mean you cannot modify any PSP Go with 6.37. Maybe after couple of months we will be seeing mod for this version.

Patapon 3 Demo – Review (First Glance)

Patapon first installment came out sometime in Feb of 2008 on Sony psp. Then more than a year later Patapon 2 came out in May 2009. After that a demo was shown of Patapon 3 Last E3 2010 and it was announced it will be released by November 2010.

The other day when I checked Playstation Store Network US I saw the Patapon 3 demo ready to download. Without hesitation I started downloading it and eventually played it on my PSP GO.

For gamers who haven’t tried the previously Patapon SAGA ( 1 & 2), this game is about a tribe and you the player will choose one from the three available heroes (shield, spear and bow) become their leader and must lead them into battle with a unique movement keys. Think of a musical drum beat you need to go with the timing so that you can successfully execute series of commands to defeat your enemies and the boss of course.

The tribe and your character seems to look simple but trust me Patapon environment was created blending simplicity and yet superb graphics that is enough to give it a thumbs up. You will also be humming the addictive chants of the game after playing it. So, you better put that headset to increase the enjoyment while playing Patapon 3..

I also tried the Multiplayer Patapon 3 demo on the Internet and had another player on the quest which you can also chat with him. Its an interesting development as the excitement starts to hit me and can’t wait November 2010.

So if you have that PSP GO or PSP head on to PSN and download the demo.

Sony PSP Go Game Demos

I recently won a Brand new Sony PSP Go 16gig from an auction site.  For that I’m currently exploring it and knowing the Ins and out on how to download PSP Go Game demos and how to use PlayStation Network Store in purchasing PSP GO full version Game. While I’m on it I checked some PSP GO Game Demos available and successfully downloaded some games : Check the list below:

- Metal Gear Solid – Peace Walker - 104mb
- Secret Agent Clank – Trial Version – 131mb
- Little Big Planet – Demo – 54MB
- Crystal Defenders – Demo – 11MB
- 1000000t no Barabara Demo – 15MB

I will be checking more Demo games in coming days and will be making more PSP GO Games related entries.
